Self-loading truck tire cushions, also known as tire padding or liner, are installed between the wheel rim steel ring and the inner tire. They are essential protective accessories for rear eight-wheel and wide-body mining self-loading trucks, suitable for mainstream engineering tire specifications such as 1100R20, 1200R20, and 1400-25. The products are mainly divided into three categories: ordinary rubber tire cushions, thickened wear-resistant tire cushions, and butyl rubber heat-resistant tire cushions. Ordinary natural rubber tire cushions are mainly used for short-distance construction waste transportation and have high cost-effectiveness; the thickened version has a thickness of 5-8mm and is mainly used for mining heavy-load protection; butyl rubber tire cushions have excellent heat resistance and anti-aging properties and are suitable for long-term continuous operation of construction self-loading trucks.
The core function of the tire cushion: isolating the sharp edges of the wheel rim and debris, avoiding sharp parts cutting the inner tire, filling the gap between the wheel rim and the inner tire, and reducing slow air leakage; double-tire models can also prevent stones from getting stuck in the gap between the two wheels and damaging the tire body, reducing tire body slippage loss caused by heavy-load jolting, and reducing abnormal tire blowouts from the source, widely used in sand and gravel mines, infrastructure construction construction waste, and coal transportation self-loading vehicles.
